Electronic free standing rotative rinsers
They are an innovation of traditional mechanical rinsers, able to minimize wear and tear, malfunctions and undesired stops, increasing the reliability and without needing continual revisions and maintenance services.
The spray nozzles can be fixed or penetrating in bottle by 1, 2 or 3 treatments with the "No- bottle No spray" electronic system (Option).
The machine base is entirely manufactured in AISI 304 stainless steel.
The double opening taking pliers fit to treat very heavy bottles (2.5 kgs) without needing a neck support.
The opening and closing of the spray valve is controlled by a special electronic control system (patented) installed on each valve. The spray valves are in AISI 304 stainless steel valve (AISI 316 on request).
The machine can work with a one or more fixed spray angle, or it is possible to regulate the treatments times by the electrical control panel and to hold it constant when the machine production changes (Option).
The valves control system allows to spray just in the right angular position and only with the presence of the bottle in the pliers.
The bottle presence is learned by a fixed photoelectric sensor, that sends the bottles presence signal from the fixed part to the rotating one by a magnetic digital unit (patented) without physical contact.
The distribution of the rinsing liquid from the central collector to the nozzles is effected without "disk in phase" for a long performance and reliability in the maximum hygienic conditions.
The special design of the collector allows to minimize the number of gaskets; they are certified for the food industry use (FDA certification).
The machines can be manufactured both adjustable in height with a traditional chain conveyor for glass bottles, and fixed in height with inlet and outlet air conveyor for PET bottles (neck handling).
In this case it does not exist the possibility of size change for different PET bottles having the same neck.
